Merrow borders are the most popular option and work best for simple shapes like circles and rectangles. For more complex shapes and finer details, laser-cut patches are a better choice.

Choose the backing that suits your use:

Iron-on – Heat-activated adhesive for quick application on cotton or polyester. Great for merch, but may need stitching for long-term durability.

Sew-on – Stitched directly onto the fabric for maximum durability. Ideal for workwear and heavy-use items.

Hook & loop (Velcro) – Easy to attach and remove. Perfect for interchangeable designs and uniforms.

Adhesive – Peel-and-stick backing for quick, tool-free application. Best for temporary use, not suitable for washing.
