Right of withdrawal for online purchases
As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order for purchases made at a distance (online/remote sales). The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). There are exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply (Chapter 2, Section 11), including, among other things:
-
Goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or become too old (e.g., consumable products).
-
Products that cannot suitably be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us verbally or in writing within 14 days from receiving your order. This can be done by contacting us via our contact form. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring the product is well packaged and reaches us undamaged.
The withdrawal period is considered met if you send back the goods before this 14-day period has expired.
Damage on delivery
If your product has visible damage upon delivery, you should immediately follow these steps:
-
Take photos of the damage. More is better—photos of the product box and packaging as well as the damage to the product (even if the packaging is not damaged). You need to file a claim with the carrier (PostNord, Instabox, Budbee, etc.) and attach these photos.
-
Provide the order number when you contact us by emailing with us. This must be done within two days of picking up the package.
-
Do not use the product until you have been in contact with customer service. If we have long response times, we recommend that you email anyway.
