How we do it
We print all our DTF transfers using a Japanese Mimaki TxF-series DTF printer, widely regarded as best in its class for precision and reliability. This professional-grade equipment allows us to achieve exceptionally sharp detail, rich and consistent color, and outstanding wash durability on every garment. By investing in top-tier Mimaki technology, we ensure premium results that meet the highest quality standards—because your designs deserve nothing less.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film, coated with an adhesive powder, cured, and then heat-pressed onto the garment. Because the print is transferred as a complete layer, DTF works great on cotton, polyester, blends, and even darker fabrics without needing complex setup.
Why it’s good:
- FULL COLOR pallette, vibrant & sharp details, including fine lines and gradients. Screen printing is not capable of it.
- Durable and stretch-friendly prints that hold up well to washing.
- Works on many fabric types and colors.
- Efficient for small runs or bulk—no screens, minimal setup time.
- Soft feel compared to many traditional transfer methods, especially with good materials and correct pressing.
